So it came to my attention today at Rock the Block, that people actually do visit this website! I guess pushing to get it on the FSC Website was actually worthwhile. Anyways, this site is in desperate need of an update, so let me begin... the staff section has been updated with all the new officers. James Danzl is the new President, and Shane Burdick is the new Secretery/Tresurer, and lets welcome back Adam Gwozdz as the Vice President. Now that that's taken care of, I have also updated the Events section to show that tomorrow will be our Super Smash Brawl tournament as part of Club Hammond. I also listed our first meeting during which we'll screen Princess Mononoke. Also, I have lots of brand new anime for us to screen this semester, so get ready to be blown away by all the newest series straight from Japan! -Jeff Nixon

Well, I haven't posted anything in a while, I haven't updated the Upcoming Anime or Anime Watched sections, and lots has happened since last semester. So I'll start off by saying I hope everyone had a great semester, and has a great summer. Secondly, I am no longer President, a new President and Vice President have been elected. Evan Freeman is the new President and Adam Gwozdz is the new VP. I'll still be running the web site until one of them decides to take over. Lets all give them a warm welcome. I know they'll bring the club forward and help it become bigger than it ever has been before.

With the start of the new semester, the Anime club is starting again tonight at the regular time (6 to 8) in Alumni C in Hammond. We will be watching FullMetal Alchemist, another series given to us by Funimation. I hope to see everyone there, and anyone who has suggestions on what to screen next, just run it by us.

9-12-06 Club Geek #2 Game Night was a huge success!
Here are two photo albums on facebook because i'm too lazy to upload the
pics to the site:
Thank you to everyone who came to Game Night and helped it become the
success it was. Now the next thing we have planned is the Advent
Children screening which will be next monday in Ellis White at 8:00pm.
If you haven't seen this awesome movie, you should definately check it
out! And for those of you who have seen it thousands of times, one more
time isn't gonna hurt. As for our first actual anime club meeting, it
will not be held in Ellis White which was originally planned, but will
actually be up on the main floor of the hammond building next to the
library (That room with all those couch seats and the big glass
windows). The first Anime Club meeting is September 25th, at 6:00pm to
8-ish. I'll send out an email about that meeting as well.
Oh and umm.... dancing Nate!!

6-21-06 The Events section is updated with the Rock The
Block, Game Night, and Advent Children info, with a synopsis for Game
Night. The FAQ section has just been added and
will be updated soon.
We’d also like to take the the time to
thank Meaghan Glynn for her outstanding work on the Club Mascot, she
made this for us last summer but unfortunately, went largely unused this
past year, but now she’s back finally, and We can’t Express out
graditude enough for Meaghan’s excellent Design.

6-15-06 Hello and welcome to the Fitchburg State College
Anime Club! The site is in progress of being completed, but we are now
online on the falcon server! So far, I've completed the Anime Watched section, which includes a list of
all the Anime the club screened last semester, as well as links to the
AnimeNfo pages that show descriptions of those anime. Also completed is
the Club Geek part of the Pictures section,
showing our successful first Game Night! Soon to come will be the Staff section, which will show who runs the Anime
Club at FSC and some information about us. Also coming soon will be some
pictures from Anime Boston in the pictures section, showing what the
clubs first convention was like! We will have a new forum sooner or
later, so you can disreguard the old forum, it's just there because it
still exists. And maybe sometime soon I'll have a couple of my own
created Anime Music Videos on the site, showing
the awesome hobby of video editing Anime scenes to music to create a
video that really goes beyond the Anime. The Vice President may make a
post or two about upcoming events for the start of the fall semester, so
keep checking back for updates on what's up for the club!
